Coach Keith Meeks and Coach Keith Meeks Jr. model their coaching style after those of long-time area coach Albert Garrison.  The Al Garrison Wrestling System focuses on wrestling fundamentals and mastering the basics.  Regardless of level, the fundamentals will always critical to performance.

The Al Garrison Wrestling System has proven beneficial for wrestlers throughout Iowa, particularly those around the Des Moines Metro.  These systems have contributed to the on-mat success of area wrestlers John Meeks, Cory Clark, John Nicholson, James Nicholson, Montell Marion, Chad Lowman, Dakota Bauer, and many, many others.

The Meeks' have a strong history of wrestler development and wrestling success.  They have coached multiple wrestlers who won individual state and national champions as well as many more who placed at the state and national level.  They believe in one thing:
